<p>As part of the Girlguiding family we help girls aged 4 - 7 to become more resilient through completing badgework from 6 different themes. We are well known in the area for the opportunities we give girls. We always try to source businesses locally who can provide a variety of experiences for our girls and make coming to Rainbows fun as well as in unit activities.</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Flying Start Toddler Group is a registerd charity and is for families with children under three years, we operate&nbsp;<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">in a safe and comfortable environment which &nbsp;can&nbsp; be accesed&nbsp;easily. We provide parent and child sessions to promote friendships and a sharing of experiences among adults, and activities to promote the wellbeing of babies and children. The group members have the opportunity to engage in activities that might not be available to them. The members benefit from companionship, support and social interaction and the opportunity to form new friendships.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><font face="Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px;">The group is open three mornings per week, we use a large hall for active play and snack,&nbsp;small hall for activities and an early years room for baby activities and art and craft. We hold parties at&nbsp; Easter, Halloween and Christmas and any special occassions. The cost for our members is &pound;2 per family including a snack of tea, coffee, juice, crisps and&nbsp; biscuits.&nbsp; All our activities are free, this is possible through grants and awards to cover our core costs and activities.</span></font></p>

<p>The money would fund archaeological work&nbsp;to oversee wetland creation at Ardeer Quarry LNR in Stevenston, making sure the&nbsp;project does not impact any&nbsp;undiscovered archaeological relics that might be there.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">An aged 50+&nbsp;&nbsp;group offering a place for people to meet,&nbsp;discover&nbsp;new interest, new friends share/learn skills while working towards an award. The group reduces social isolation, improves wellness, mental health, keeps people active.</span></span></span></p>

<p>&nbsp;I would like to set up a social group for adults that meets regularly at the Ardrossan Church of the Nazarene. This will provide a space and time for people to relax, socialise and have a bit of fun.</p>

<p>Stevenston North Community Assocation would like to offer all residents the opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate the joy and fun of Christmas without the worry of expense.&nbsp;</p> <p>To achieve this we would like to offer a Christmas movie night with a meal prior to the film and snacks and drinks during the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Creating wellbeing cafes across North Ayrshire for people living iwth dementia and their unpaid carer to acess support and companionship.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">We aim to elevate and expand our Adult Drama group centred in the Three Towns, offering participants the opportunity to perform a devised performance in a local arts venue. </span></span></span></p>

<p>The Function Suite, while forming part of the building at Ardrossan Indoor Bowling Club is utilised in a totally separate manner. The Function Suite provides a Cafe, which provides meals to eat in or take away. The local Bridge, Whist, Fishing Clubs and British Legion Branch as well as the Visibly Impaired Group use it as their base. It is also used by the community for Birthdays, Weddings, Funerals etc</p>

<p>3TFM broadcasts programmes to the 3 Towns and beyond, from its base at the Frank Sweeney building in Ardrossan.&nbsp; We would like to upgrade some of our studio equipment to enable us to interview guests live on air, and to prerecord interviews.&nbsp; This would enable us&nbsp;to expand on our&nbsp;health and wellbeing output by producing more programmes containing&nbsp;health and wellbeing features with advice and information from local experts, and stories from local people.</p>
