Sports Council Go for Gold
No comments Three Towns
Hayocks Sports Council are working with their Active Schools Coordinator and school staff to work towards their Sport Scotland School Sport Gold Award. To do this we would like to create more lunch and after school clubs and attend more inter school events. If successful we would purchase equipment to make sure we can provide enough equipment to give pupils a positive experience in sport and physical activity. We would also be able to pay for transport to attend more events in North Ayrshire.

North Ayrshire Sports Academy
No comments Garnock Valley
At the heart of the North Ayrshire Sports Academy (NASA) programme our principle is that we upskill ourselves in leadership areas within a sporting environment to be able to go back out into local primaries/communities to volunteer and give young people within North Ayrshire equal opportunities to take part in sport and physical activity. As role models and leaders for other young people, NASA can have a pivotal role within their school and wider community.

Dalry Parent Council - Uniform Swap Shop
No comments Garnock Valley
We have been running our Uniform Swap Shop at Dalry Primary for a few years which is a way to reduce the cost of living for our local community. As well as a benefit to the local community, it also saves money and helps the environment! We understand the importance of a school uniform for children's self-confidence and a sense of belonging to a community. We are looking for funds to add to our resources for the swap shop and in turn, being able to match all requests for support to any family.
