Developing the area will encourage active exercise, improve good mental health, reduce social isolation and build confidence. It will also be a fun way to learning about foraging. Developing this trail will also be another addition to our allotment tour. Our tour at this time includes our honey bees, pipistrelle bats as well as fruit and vegetable growing.

The sewing machines we have been using are old and well used. Unfortunately, we have some machines in need of repair which would cost too much. Our group is well attended by users and non-users alike. The funds we are requesting are to purchase new sewing machines and equipment for the group. This will allow us to continue to provide sewing advice and training for the community. Not only this we provide opportunities for people to come together to socialise, participate in group and individual activities and also promote good mental wellness.
