Our group has been running for 2 years now and we have 24 people attend each week, we have grown from just wanting a hobby to being passionate about the arts and learning new skills and techniques. We have even put on an exhibition to show off our progress and this was something we never thought possible at the start. We are extremely proud of our achievements as well as the group offering friendship and peer support, a place we look forward to going each week to explore and be creative together
Family Fundays

Eglinton Growers Allotments over the past few years have successfully held amazing family friendly fun days with the support of PB grants. We are looking to build on this success with having two events. We propose to have first of all our extremely successful Easter fun day where we have local families come and have a day of fun, easter egg hunt, kids crafts and games. Our second event would be a spooktacular Halloween event inviting families to come and spend the afternoon at the allotments.
Kilwinning Community Shed

KCS was established in 2024 but had no permanent home and through a successful asset transfer we now do.
It is a community shed with both men and women members for a place where people can meet to have a chat or work on a project that is for the community. This will help members to learn new skills and work on various projects that they would not be able to do on their own. This will help with their mental health and make them feel less isolated as they will be working as a team.

KFA Thistle 2015s are seeking £947 to invest in essential winter kit and training equipment for our young players.
As we move into the colder and wetter winter months from January 2027, we want to ensure our players are properly equipped to continue training and playing safely and comfortably. Funding will allow us to purchase every child a rain jacket and some large changing robes for players on the substitutes’ bench, providing warmth and protection during cold, wet match and training days.
