Irvine Horticultural Society put on the annual Marymass Flower Show and we are seeking funding to help run the Marymass Flower Show 2027. Alongside our flower show we'd like to host an introduction to horticulture session to promote the benefits of gardening and growing produce within gardens and community spaces. Our show and information session will be held in Irvines Volunteer Rooms, however participants attend from all over North Ayrshire.
Crossing Together Toddler Group
No comments Irvine
Crossing Together Toddlers was formed in March 2024 following the project being approached by local parents who felt there was a need for a group locally. The mums became lead participants along with our Mission Pioneer in running the weekly sessions on Tuesday mornings for 2 hours. We recently relocated to Irvine Old Parish Church Hall, where the group consistently hosts capacity of 40 babies/toddlers who attend with their grown-ups. The sessions are free to ensure it is accessible to all.

2nd Kilbirnie Brownies

Our Unit is part of a larger organisation, despite this we struggle to fund outings. Annual subscriptions have recently increased to over £70 per child, which places additional pressure on families and limits what we can offer. The Unit has been running over 30 yrs, providing girls aged 7–10 with a safe space that promotes friendship, confidence and new interests. Our weekly subscription is £2.50, which helps cover basic running costs but does not stretch far enough to fund larger activities.
Retirement yoga group
No comments Three Towns
We are a group of retirees (70-80+ yrs) who enjoy yoga practice and socialising for our physical and mental health. Yoga helps with our flexibility and balance, reducing our risk of falls etc, and the relaxation and breathing techniques help in dealing with anxiety and stress. Socialising together helps alleviate loneliness and isolation which can lead to declining mental health.

A community-led project providing Easter eggs and Christmas gifts to local children and families, bringing people together to support those facing financial hardship.
Our project is a community-led Easter and Christmas Giving Appeal, building on the success of our existing Easter Egg Appeal and Gift Giving Tree Appeal. The project brings local residents, businesses, community groups and volunteers together to support children and families experiencing financial hardship.

Branded drumheads advertise Largs and boost recruitment. Grant funding for reeds and sticks cuts personal costs, removing financial barriers and keeping music participation accessible.

Ayrshire Adult ADHD Peer Support - Wellbeing Programme
No comments Irvine
We provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where adults can connect with others who understand their experiences, share knowledge and access peer support. Our project will provide a programme of free community meet-ups, creative activities, social gatherings and cultural outings, including visits to the Scottish Maritime Museum. These activities will give adults with ADHD opportunities to build friendships, try new experiences and become more connected to their local community.
