The funding will be used to support families who are struggling to pay the monthly fees for their children due to financial constraints. Our monthly fees are minimal and the only reason we able do this is because of the volunteer coaches, however we are aware of families who are heavily impacted by the increase in the cost of living. Therefore, this money will be used to take the pressure off identified families as we do not want any child to be excluded from having access to being part of a team and keeping fit mentally and physically.
Requested Amount: £1000
£300 towards subsidising or fully purchasing football kit for struggling families. £700 covering or part covering monthly fees for identified families.

This would create a more relaxed opportunity for the young people to link up before they formally join the secondary community. There is huge value in the traditional transition days, however we are proposing a more relaxed and enjoyable experience to help ease the process and allow the children to experience the community feel rather than just classes.
