Summary
Description
We would like to host a fun, social transition disco/team-building event for all primary 7's coming to join us at Ardrossan Academy in the new school year. This would create a more relaxed opportunity for the young people to link up before they formally join the secondary community. There is huge value in the traditional transition days, however we are proposing a more relaxed and enjoyable experience to help ease the process and allow the children to experience the community feel rather than just classes.

Proposed on behalf of: To represent the parent forum within the school and work closely with staff to enhance learning opportunities for our young people. We aim to create a community feel within the school and build links within the community to ensure we are supporting successful and responsible young people that are valued.
