The funding will be used to support families who are struggling to pay the monthly fees for their children due to financial constraints.
Our monthly fees are minimal and the only reason we able do this is because of the volunteer coaches, however we are aware of families who are heavily impacted by the increase in the cost of living. Therefore, this money will be used to take the pressure off identified families as we do not want any child to be excluded from having access to being part of a team and keeping fit mentally and physically.

£300 towards subsidising or fully purchasing football kit for struggling families.
£700 covering or part covering monthly fees for identified families.

Proposed on behalf of: TASS Thistle is a registered charity and the organisations purposes are the advancement of public participation in sport in the Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenston and surrounding areas. The aim is to provide opportunities for people regardless of their race, gender, disability or religious persuasion to train and play sport in an environment of equality and diversity. The club uses sport to provide a fun, education, leisure time activities for children and adults, to support the development of their physical and mental health and wellbeing, alongside building on their social skills.
