You are cutting budgets away from the groups of people who rely on these services the most without thinking of the overall impact it shouldn't be about saving some costs at the expense of people's lives, social interactions and mental health!
I would be affected if access across the day was significantly reduced. Attending the library can be worked in to whatever else you are doing so that it may not be a specific trip into town. If hours are significantly reduced the groups that meet in the library may not all be accommodated. Time for the library staff to meet with school groups may likewise be reduced. The location of the library is very convenient close to a central bus hub. Other libraries are not so well located.
Obviously I will be unable to attend Mon & Tuesday book bug sessions at Stevenston. For casual visits it is nice to know it is open all week and half day Wednesday but doesn't seem to be open much now on proposed hours. It's like anything, the less it is open then less people visit and so on. New hours is a terrible idea, sorry

Alternative weeks on Wednesdays and Saturdays will be confusing for members of the public to remember when the library is open. Computer sessions busiest on Monday and Tuesdays according to the statistics, yet proposal is to close every Monday and Tuesday
My group will have to close or move day or pay possibly pay to hold a key. I will have less access to groups and clubs and mental health support these changes will increase isolation or force all interaction online, limited new membership. If we can key hold can we host events? or just our group
I love going to the library for local information. I borrow books and love the company of the ladies. This is vital to me as I live on my own and get very lonely. It is a blessing to have the use of the internet. The ladies at the library have a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Accessibility will be a big issue now the decision to cut hours has been made.
I enjoy going to the library I feel cutting hours will be detrimental to people. The library provides a community setting for all ages and a place for people to visit for some people it is the only social interaction they get if they live alone. I feel it is another cut back that affects the community.
Having recently retired I have been using the library on a much more frequent basis. Being able to access the facilities at Stevenston on almost a daily basis has been very beneficial. Travelling to another library is not convenient.

Would interfere with group as people have different groups on different days. Also a few people have regular medical appointments on different days
