It wouldn't affect me since I am retired but for anyone working 9 till 5 it would affect them only leaving the Saturday. I would have thought perhaps opening later on a Wednesday morning and remaining open until 7pm might have been better.
Personally it wouldn't however it would impact others
Library hours have been reduced dramatically over the years
I've started a new job and need to work shifts until 8pm and some Saturday's so the proposed hours would be hard to fit around my full-time work.
The removal of the late night reduces when I can visit the library to only Saturday morning since I work.
I use regularly and fear it would lead to decreased social interaction
