It&rsquo;s important for the Young Leaders to be recognisable with team kit, which should be worn at these events.</span></span></span></p>

<p>We have been running a pre loved uniform shop for the last 3 and a half years. This has been of huge benefit to the local community, saving money and the environment.</p> <p>We are looking to further fund our project by having money to buy some storage for uniform along with clothing sizes not donated and new items such as underwear, tights and socks.&nbsp;</p>

<p><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-size:12.0pt; padding:0cm"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Kilwinning Academy Parent Council are applying for funds to support the mental health &amp; wellbeing of a targeted group of male pupils through a fitness and confidence building programme delivered by BetterU Fitness in Kilwinning.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The project will give young people on the island a chance to try curling with the support of Millport Curling Club</span></span></p>

<p>This venture aims to encourage&nbsp;as many young people as possible who reside in the North Coast locale to go out and about and take photographs on a particular theme (this year&#39;s theme is &quot;Autumn&quot;). Each entrant submits their best 2 images. These willl be judged and the authors of the top 3 images will receive prizes. In addition the club will &nbsp;provide formal training in photography from specialists for young people interested in improving their photography skills.</p>

<p style="list-style-type:none"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif">The Youth Forum is established to promote the voice of young people in the North Coast, educating and assisting young people, helping develop their physical, mental and social capacities, to become effective citizens.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The Showtime Youth Theatre Fundraising Committee is operated by parents who joined the Committee on a voluntary basis to enable the young people to participate in theatre productions. The Showtime Youth Theatre is open to young people with all abilities and from all backgrounds from 3-18 years old in Ayrshire.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The classes and productions assist the young people to develop core life skills, social skills, better agility, making exercise fun as well as building trust, confidence, self motivation, self esteem and communication skills &ndash; a variety of physical and non physical wellbeing benefits. This supports our young people through taking part in drama, acting, dance, wellbeing, singing and public speaking events to further enhance their positive thoughts about their self worth and life experiences.</span></span></span></p>
