<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">We are looking for funding to help support the reintroduction of a yearly Gala Event &nbsp;in Dalry Public Park as enjoyed by previous generations &ndash; this was recently encouraged by both the Queen`s Platinum Jubilee and King`s Coronation events, which were both greatly supported by the people of Dalry and the surrounding areas.</span></span></span></p>

<p>We are residents of Kyleshill Court in Saltcoats, we regularly take part in the David White Engagement Hub acitivities, we have formed a steering group and would like to apply for PB funding to enhance the opportunities on offer for residents.</p>

<p>After leading Arran to be the first Scottish Community to gain&nbsp;&#39;plastic free&#39; status by reducing plastic entering our sea&nbsp;TAP now seek to engage a wider community&nbsp;and those new to Arran to join together to reduce unnecessary plastic.</p>

<p>BABCA would like to organise a Country and western Social evening to try and get older people and adults back into the way of attending social events in Towerlands Community Centre.We would like to organise a free evening event to encourage people to socialise. People have got in to the way of staying in their houses during covid we would like to invite people in the local area to an evening of Country music with a live band. We woud like to turn the centre into the wild west providing an evening of live music with a theme. This community event would bring people together and help people who have been social isolated meet new friends. &nbsp;</p>

Our motto is Seniors supporting Seniors.</span></span></span></p>

<p>After the covid crisis and during the current cost of living crisis, voluntary groups in Scotland have found it difficult to engage with young volunteers, This could be because young people want a paid position to they can take care of their own expenses and releave the pressure on parents, or simply do not know what it is that&#39;s required. We at Ayrshire Communities Education and Sport and Woodwynd community association and many other groups, and clubs have&nbsp;&nbsp;struggled in the past trying to engage with young volunteers many asked for part time work however to employ workers is both difficult due to funding and also brings in so many other issues. We feel that by showing what&#39;s required and having the time to do so would benefit young people, and groups, especially like ACES and woodwynd community Association. the priciple idea would be to train young volunteers at a speed where they are comfortable then when they have confidence in the training and guided by a qualified member of ACES they can begin to volunteer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Easter extravaganza concert with &quot;Brass Ban, Robert Burns and Bairns&quot; to encourage an intergenerational group &quot;on stage&quot; and help improve health and wellbeing of the audience after winter. A major intergenerational event for Garnock Valley.</p>

<p>The Club is looking to enhance the quality of the equipment offered to Club members.&nbsp; The understanding is that better, more modern equipment brings about more efficient technique as the equipment will be lighter, and so allowing the particpants to have effortlessly more fun.&nbsp;</p>
