We are a group of retirees (70-80+ yrs) who enjoy yoga practice and socialising for our physical and mental health. Yoga helps with our flexibility and balance, reducing our risk of falls etc, and the relaxation and breathing techniques help in dealing with anxiety and stress. Socialising together helps alleviate loneliness and isolation which can lead to declining mental health.

The group would like to continue providing opportunities of discovery through a group trip, STEM activities & by hosting a community coffee morning.

School uniform is very important for school pupils and we want to help ease the financial pressure on families. This will help support attendance, dignity and confidence so our pupils are ready to learn throughout the year.

Our Family Fun Day is a free community event designed to bring local families together for a day of fun, connection and support. All activities, entertainment, refreshments and food are provided free of charge, ensuring that financial pressures are not a barrier to participation.

Man Cave Monday is a relaxed, judgement free space for men to connect, chat, socialise and support each other. No pressure, No expectations - Just men looking out for men.

Serenity Soul provides and inclusive community space offering wellness activities and support, helping reduce isolation and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Ayrshire Coast Rollers is a friendly, inclusive skating community bringing people together to get active, make friends, build confidence and enjoy the beautiful Ayrshire coast.
