The football ground is a focal point of local activity—used not just for matches, but, on occasion, for youth programmes and community gatherings. In deprived areas where access to health and leisure services is already limited, this can be a lifeline for many disabled residents. We aim to create accessible facilities would allow more residents to take part, helping to improve mental wellbeing, reduce loneliness, and create stronger community bonds.

Beith Town Centre Initiative is seeking funding to install and operate festive lighting for our annual Christmas Light Switch-On. This much-loved community tradition brings together families, local businesses, and visitors to celebrate, strengthen community spirit, and support the town’s local economy.
The Christmas Light Switch-On is more than just a seasonal event. It fosters pride and belonging, creating a sense of joy and togetherness during a time that can be challenging for many.

Playtime Early Years - Outdoor Resources

We are a small nursery in Dalry, with a parent run committee. We are applying for funding to purchase outdoor resources i.e. clothing and equipment. The appropriate outdoor clothing will ensure children have equal access regardless of familys financial situation, promotes inclusion, encourages outdoor play in all weathers and enhances learning opportunities. Outdoor learning is such a fantastic way for children to learn as it boots confidence and supports mental and physical wellbeing.
