Sports Council Go for Gold

No comments HayocksSportsCouncil Three Towns

Hayocks Sports Council are working with their Active Schools Coordinator and school staff to work towards their Sport Scotland School Sport Gold Award. To do this we would like to create more lunch and after school clubs and attend more inter school events. If successful we would purchase equipment to make sure we can provide enough equipment to give pupils a positive experience in sport and physical activity. We would also be able to pay for transport to attend more events in North Ayrshire.

Irvine Royal Academy Parent Council - Mental Health Matters

No comments irvineroyalpc Irvine

Irvine Royal Academy Parent Council believe that mental health and well-being should be a main focus for all young people of Irvine Royal Academy. With Youth PB Funding, we aim to promote the mental health and well-being of our young people through the development of a "safe space", and support for pupils to receive training to become Mental Health Ambassadors and MVP Mentors, for them to become a support for all pupils in the school.

No comments Kilwinning Rangers 2014 Kilwinning

We are a community youth football team, who pride themselves on working hard to give children the opportunity to participate in football and be part of a team. We have over 30 players - 3 teams playing 7 a side currently. All coaches are volunteers who give up their time each week for two training sessions and games on a Sunday. Our goal is for all players to have new experiences, opportunities to help them grow and have fun with friends and funding will help us to achieve this.

Ardeer Thistle 2015's

No comments ll88 Three Towns

With 25 children involved in the team from across the Three Towns, we try to ensure we have as much training time whilst keeping the costs as low as possible for our families. The cost of hiring pitches at a larger size for our group and for a longer time, incurs an increase cost. We'd like to be able to continue this without increasing costs to families. Our team would love to take part in several festivals across the summer break, allowing the children to experience tournament football.

Dalry Parent Council - Uniform Swap Shop

No comments alysonmiller38 Garnock Valley

We have been running our Uniform Swap Shop at Dalry Primary for a few years which is a way to reduce the cost of living for our local community. As well as a benefit to the local community, it also saves money and helps the environment! We understand the importance of a school uniform for children's self-confidence and a sense of belonging to a community. We are looking for funds to add to our resources for the swap shop and in turn, being able to match all requests for support to any family.

Pennyburn Parent Council - Children equality first

No comments Pennyburn Primary Parent Council Kilwinning

We are looking to secure funding which will be used to support the pupils and families of Pennyburn Primary School & Early Years. The funding will be used for transport costs which will allow pupils to attend events mainly the annual festive pantomime. Securing this funding will ensure that we can remove the costs for local families during the cost of living period we find ourselves in. We want to make sure no child misses out in 2024, equality for every child!
