We are a new community project formed to help support members of our community by creating opportunities for both adults and children to experience a holistic approach to wellness and mental health support. Both our directors live in the town of Kilwinning and are aware of some of the challenges and barriers individuals can face when it comes to accessing services. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for anyone attending our sessions, and be accessible to all!

North Ayrshire Tandem Cycling (NATC) is a local group set up in August 2023 that allows Vision Impaired people to enjoy cycling with the support of a Fully Sighted, Fully Trained Pilot. We currently have 11 members who are Vision Impaired and 15 fully Sighted members. We enjoy weekly organised outings In and around North Ayrshire. We currently require funding to allow us to service our Tandems to make them safe for use by our Vi's

Irvine Clean Up Crew are an established environmentally focussed community group. We want to raise our engagement with schools and community groups to help with our group’s goal of a litter free Irvine.

In 2024 our Summer Wheel and Walk club was established for people with poor mobility, encouraging people more outdoors to socialise and engage with community events. This has been a success. We are applying to fund a winter project to continue encouraging people with poor mobility to gather and be more involved with the community. This fund will purchase lunches in establishments that have wheelchair and mobility scooter access, supporting social isolation and financial hardship during winter.

Argyle Community Shop operates on a Wednesday from 11am - 4pm supporting local households with access to food and a holistic range of supports to manage the cost of living crisis. We are open to all residents of Saltcoats who can provide proof of address and give a warm, friendly welcome to everyone who comes along.

We would like to host 2 networking events to raise the profile of Irvine Community Council and other voluntary organisations of Irvine.

Following the reduction in Streetscene's budget, there are a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the community. This application will give us a budget to arrange these works in conjunction with other local groups.

"The Stevenston North Community Association's goal is to host events that promote social interaction and benefit local residents. We plan to provide a Christmas lunch with all the trimmings and entertainment for local people 50+   Additionally, we will host a Free Santa Event with free food and entertainment for local kids. Something for everyone :-) "Our objective is to build community interaction and offer support through memorable festive events."
