Summary
Millport model rail is a small volunteer run exhibit which open to all ages and genders to join, or just to visit, and we need to provide safe non slip access to the spaces for all abilities.Description
Ramp and level area access to the exhibition spaces needs upgraded to ensure a safe and easy access for all ages and abilities. We hope to upgrade the present ramp and deck area using modern non slip recycled composite materials to give easy access to the 2 exhibition areas so that visitors and locals alike may enjoy the trains.
The cost of this project is estimated at £2000, half of which will come from club funds
Materials cost £1200, Labour £800
Location: Millport model rail is located in the grounds of Garrison House in Millport on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae
Proposed on behalf of: Millport Model Railway Club is a voluntary group dedicated to providing interest and enjoyment for visitors and locals
