      Having good neighbours helps my mental health. Looking out for each other helps.

          Community lunches and events are great for mental health. Having somewhere to meet people and socialise has a very positivie impact on mental health.

            The most helpful support is community support, coming to Redburn lunch club, getting out and being amoungst other people who can listen to you and chat to you.
