My family help me to keep on top of things. Having family to care is a big help and support.
Attending gym classes has helped my mental health. Getting out socialising is the best way to help mental health.
The most helpful support is talking face to face with people, we should not be doing things on line. It needs to be with people.
Getting involved in your community. Councillors must be easier to contact. They do not reply very often. Still waiting on a reply since September 2025.
Redburn 29/01/26 Redburn is a great place on a Thursday to have a chat and meet friends. This is great for mental health.
I would like to see more police on the beat, don't see Police in the streets as often as we did back in the day.
Being more informed about scams would help us to feel less vulnerable.
Having good neighbours helps my mental health. Looking out for each other helps.
Support in person would be good, meeting services face to face and being able to ask questions.
Community lunches and events are great for mental health. Having somewhere to meet people and socialise has a very positivie impact on mental health.
