I was expecting Wednesdays to go, and I think it's healthier for staff to get a lunch break, but I wish you would shift the hours later, to have it open until 6pm on both Monday and Thursday. Regular hours help people know when it's open, and 5-6 enables people to pop in after work.
The same opening hours on the proposed opening days might be a positive but the loss of one day reduces some flexibility to call in /change books etc. The library seems an important part of village life and to be well used.
