Flexibility of opening hours - Mondays don't suit at all. I am registered blind however since getting my cataracts done in my left eye I am able to now read large print books which I can't describe how much has opened up my life. Having regular access to these books is so vital to me. I know I can rely on help from library staff which I need often and a cut to them would have a detrimental impact.

Being retired I can go anytime, anywhere. I think it is a good idea to have the library open for whole days - including a break for the librarian. But I am concerned about groups that use the premises and how these changes will affect them. I hope you will take these groups into your consideration

Not much at a time but substantial collectively. The cutting of library hours has already been decided. This questionnaire has been subtely and cleverly worded to give the result you are looking for. The council/library service should be looking at opening hours that mean the whole community has an opportunity to access the library. I could not use the library as much as i wanted to until I retired. There are no evening opportunities or Saturday you should be giving a service NOT gradually eroding it.
Any cut to service is undesirable . The lack of later opening hours is shocking for people who actually cant get there during the working day and shows a complete lack of common sense . A Saturday opening would help . Our library is so important to this community and in the winter is a warm space for many as well as a friendly setting for the lonely
