    Slightly, I would have to adjust my regular borrowing time and this would impact on my other pre-arranged and regular activities

      Any reduction in hours makes it more difficult for me to use the library. I do shift work so would actually like to see it open more often and later

        Whilst it is convenient for me to use the library on Wednesdays I can easily manage without that option.

          The time changes do not affect me personally but appears to be yet another penny pinching initiative which will help to further dumb down our society

                      We would need to adjust the start time of the walks to ensure a return in time for a post walk cuppa before the library closed at 1pm on Mondays.
