To be honest, opening for longer on Saturday is more convenient for me because I work full time in Glasgow and makes it easier to do things Saturday AM. I arrive home 1800/1830 most nights so wouldn't use it evenings if it was open until like 7/8pm on a weeknight which feels unrealistic for a small local library. Might use it more, and would be useful for me if the Saturday hours were longer (i.e, a full day) in leiu of a shorter period one day in the week.

Being retired I can usually fit in visits to opening times. Concerns for access for employed people
As retired I visit the library during day
later times are helpful for those who work: it should have the hours expanded not decreased
