    Yes, and it impacts all of society if books are not freely available. Everyone having access to books is incredibly important. In Scotland, there is supposed to be a commitment to equity and bridging the gap. Reducing library access is a step in the wrong direction.

      Proposal is to close library Monday, Tuesday and alternate half day Wednesday and Saturday. I usually use the library on a Monday as that suits me best, but can work with the proposed new opening days
