Summary

Writing for Well-Being is a 6-week, in-person course hosted by So in Flow with Molly Murray in Ardrossan, UK.

Building on my 15 years of experience as a writer and editor, and my knowledge as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and Creative Flow Coach, I share tools for writing and for mental well-being. It is scheduled for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024.

Past participants reach out regularly to request that I hold this again!

I have an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford Summer School at Exeter College, and I’m the former Outdoor Editor of Panorama: the Journal of Travel, Place, and Nature. I’m the author of a nonfiction memoir, Today, She Is (Wipf & Stock, 2014), and my poems and stories have appeared in over 30 publications, including Litro, The Curlew, and Third Wednesday, and one was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
