Summary
We are the Parent Council for Corrie Primary School and we support the school financially in delivering Swimming Lessons to each of the pupils from P1-P7.
Description
In January the children will all start swimming lessons at the local swimming pool. There are currently 14 children in the primary school. They will receive 1 lesson per week for 6 weeks from local swimming instructor Sally Hunter. As Parent Council we support the school in meeting the costs of these including transport to and from their lesson (From School to Auchrannie Resort in Brodick). We are looking for funding to pay the costs of the swimming pool.
£3.50 per pupil per lesson for 6 weeks each = £294.00
Location: The Parent Council is a group of parents selected by all parents in the school to represent their views. We support and fundraise for the school community to provide different activities.
