We are a small group of pensioners who meet in Bridgend Community Centre every Tuesday afternoon to have Tea/Coffee and a chat , we also play chocolate bingo and do some quizzes. I also like to take them out on the occasional trip and a wee meal .To some of these pensioners this is the only time they spend with other people and I feel it is helping with their mental space
