Garnock Valley
Summary
Men's Shed Dalry is a safe space where men can meet to participate in projects benefitting the community. We promote the mental and physical well-being of men and facilitate opportunities to engender friendship, eliminate loneliness, and learn new skills. We also promote external activity, providing opportunities to exercise as a group.
Description
We have recently relocated and seek to enhance the safety of those using the woodwork room in the shed. We have recently had a dust extraction system donated, and now seek to install the pipework necessary to make it work. The pipework kits will cost £450.
We seek funding specifically to purchase the pipework and also augment our available power tools by purchasing another 2 drill/impact driver kits costing £600.
Full detail of our project is in the attached word document.
