We are a friendly community club supporting over 50s with loneliness and mental well-being. With 52 members, we offer quizzes, bingo, and social outings. We hope to organise special events for Valentine’s Day and Easter, as well as bus trips, helping our members connect and enjoy life together. Funding will ensure these activities are free and accessible for everyone.

Barrfields Community Garden in Largs grows food to share with the community and local charities. Our mission is to grow sustainable and organic local food for donation and to foster community engagement with the entire growing cycle.

The Garden Haven will transform community wellbeing by linking food growing, sharing, and holistic health with education, therapies, and sustainable practice in a dedicated space.

To provide a waypoint on stage 12 of the Ayrshire Coastal Path for walkers and cyclists from Skelmorlie and Largs. Our association will provide a free toilet and refreshment stop so that users can benefit from the physical and mental improvements that outdoor exercise can provide for our community.

We seek to buy new garden furniture for the Heather Lodge therapeutic garden, to increase access and enjoyment of the space by service users and the wider community.

The group would like to continue providing opportunities of discovery through a group trip, STEM activities & by hosting a community coffee morning.

Irvine Pipe Band would like to get new equipment for training and uniforms for members of the band who are not able to afford their own equipment. The project will link people up from all walks of life including New Scots as well as others from across North Ayrshire who share a passion for Scottish music. The band provides an opportunity for people to boost their mental health and wellbeing by making new friends and taking up an instrument completely free of charge.
