Playtime Early Years - Outdoor Resources
No comments Garnock Valley
We are a small nursery in Dalry, with a parent run committee. We are applying for funding to purchase outdoor resources i.e. clothing and equipment. The appropriate outdoor clothing will ensure children have equal access regardless of familys financial situation, promotes inclusion, encourages outdoor play in all weathers and enhances learning opportunities. Outdoor learning is such a fantastic way for children to learn as it boots confidence and supports mental and physical wellbeing.

Access for All: Inclusive Improvements at Merksworth Park, Dalry
No comments Garnock Valley
The football ground is a focal point of local activity—used not just for matches, but, on occasion, for youth programmes and community gatherings. In deprived areas where access to health and leisure services is already limited, this can be a lifeline for many disabled residents. We aim to create accessible facilities would allow more residents to take part, helping to improve mental wellbeing, reduce loneliness, and create stronger community bonds.

Eglinton Growers Allotments
No comments Kilwinning
Thanks to previous PB grants over the last 3 years Eglinton Growers Allotments have been able to provide the local community two free family events which have been a massive success, well attended, with tickets gone in just a few days and many returning year after year. Next year we wish to again host a free Easter Egg hunt for local children and this year a Colour 'Run' in the summer weeks. Each of our past events were and will be attended by 100 children and their families.
Coffee & Connect
No comments Irvine
Children 1st staff member is applying on behalf of our group. Our Coffee and Connect group was created in 2023 and is aimed at supporting parents and carers within the local community. Over that past few years the group has grown and has consistently met weekly during term time within the Children First space in Bourtreehill. Meeting here has allowed us to build strong relationships and offer peer support to one another.
