Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing together people who might never have met in everyday life. The group has created a strong sense of community and belonging. Art in Mind now has two weekly groups in different venues, for people with mental ill health . We want to learn about printing, and have a printer and a specialist printmaker to teach us all. If we are successful with this application, we will pay our specialist to service the printer, and prepare some training sessions in various printing techniques, for tutors, members and volunteers. We also need some storage to rationalise our art materials, and make them more accessible and easy to use.
