We are hoping to have a OAP Afternoon tea and dance and singalong at Easter the costings for this is 

100 x 9 £900 for afternoon tea and entertainment

Children young person Easter party  

DJ                 £200 

hot dog and chips and drink 100 x 8     £800

Easter egg gifts 100x £5                        £500

Location: Girdle Toll Irvine there are a lot of ammenity houses and pensioners in the town

Proposed on behalf of: Girdle toll bowling club they have been open next year for 50 years and are open to the community so this is why they want to have the 2 events they hope to be able to have enjoyable uplifting Easter Events to afford
