Barrfields Community Garden in Largs grows food to share with the community and local charities. Our mission is to grow sustainable and organic local food for donation and to foster community engagement with the entire growing cycle.

The Garden Haven will transform community wellbeing by linking food growing, sharing, and holistic health with education, therapies, and sustainable practice in a dedicated space.

The Eilean's Bridge Club, offers the opportunity to members of the community to play the game of Bridge in a supportive and friendly environment regardless of ability or ethnicity. Our fledgling Club has shown that positive relationships between people who may not otherwise have come together have been formed. Thanks to funding by TNL Community Fund, we have been able to offer 36 weeks of free beginners bridge tuition to residents in Millport.

AILN are an independent information and advice organisation to support people to remain independent in their homes and communities. We also have a self funding payroll service, a Dementia Befriending /wellbeing cafes project, along with a training and micro enterprise projects.

A lot of our machinery is old and we now have difficulty sourcing spare parts to keep it running. More modern machinery would make our workshop more efficient.

To provide a waypoint on stage 12 of the Ayrshire Coastal Path for walkers and cyclists from Skelmorlie and Largs. Our association will provide a free toilet and refreshment stop so that users can benefit from the physical and mental improvements that outdoor exercise can provide for our community.

To seek funding for the purchase of essential equipment to establish and maintain a polytunnel as part of our youth development project. The initiative aims to provide young people with hands-on experience in horticulture, sustainability, teamwork, and healthy living, while strengthening community engagement.
