Designed by our dedicated volunteers and members to improve wellbeing, community spirit, and promote financial inclusion. We have raised £900 to date and seek £1000 from the PB to help make our project a reality. Including animal handling sessions, family craft events, a trip to Culzean Castle, Edinburgh Zoo VIP lantern experience, and a carers lunch.

We are a sustainable community garden in Fairlie with 170 members from Fairlie, Largs and West Kilbride primarily. We have had many tools donated over the years since we began in 2008 but with use over time our tools are now needing replaced. We are in need of more useful and ecological equipment such as a battery operated strimmer and lawn mower.
Clyde Coast & Cumbraes Mens Shed Growth
No comments North Coast and Cumbraes
The main aim of the Clyde Coast & Cumbraes Men's Shed is to help improve men’s mental health and wellbeing by providing a venue where men can choose to either work, relax, make and repair things, pursue hobbies and pastimes, get practical help with projects, and share & learn new skills.
Perhaps more importantly, it’s a place where men can make new friends, have a cuppa, a chat, a laugh, and get out of the house for a while.

Shopping Vouchers for Millport Community Shop Members
No comments North Coast and Cumbraes
We intend to give regular shoppers at the Community Shop a voucher to use in the local convenience store. The Community Shop offers members a 'top up shop' at low cost but, with Christmas coming up and the Cost of Living rising daily, members are finding it more and more difficult to buy essential groceries. The local convenience store has been very supportive of the Community Shop and this will also serve as a 'thank you' to them.
BRIDGING THE GAP

The Eilean's Bridge Club, offers the opportunity to members of the community to play the game of Bridge in a supportive and friendly environment regardless of ability or ethnicity. Our fledgling Club has shown that positive relationships between people who may not otherwise have come together have been formed. Thanks to funding by TNL Community Fund, we have been able to offer 36 weeks of free beginners bridge tuition to residents in Millport.
