Whether you’re a beginner just learning the basics or already at an intermediate level, our workshops are all about creativity, sustainability, and discovering the joy of sewing at any age.
Project Description
Our sewing machines are regularly serviced and well maintained, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. To expand our provision and enable more advanced projects, we are seeking to invest in heavy-duty machines that will allow participants to develop their skills further and explore more challenging techniques.

Location: Based in the heart of Stevenston town centre on Townhead Street, Creative Recycling Limited brings people together through fun, creative sewing workshops. Our project not only helps local residents learn new skills, but also raises awareness about reusing materials and reducing waste. By encouraging people to see the value in pre-loved textiles, we promote a more environmentally friendly lifestyle while creating opportunities for social connection, confidence-building, and creativity. In this way, our work supports both the community spirit of Stevenston and the wider goal of caring for our environment in positive, practical ways.
