3TG are dedicated to providing growing spaces, be it cultivation of fruit & vegetables, social interaction and community involvement. Nurturing people to live a healthier more sustainable lifestyles.

We are a toddler group for families with children under three years. We provide parent and child sessions to promote friendships and a sharing of experiences among adults, and activities to promote the wellbeing of babies and children. The group members have the opportunity to engage in activities that might not be available to them. The group is open three mornings per week, we use a large hall for active play and snack, small hall for activities and an early years room for baby activities .

The She Shed is a safe, friendly place to make friends, share and learn new activities , or just come by for a chat and a cuppa! We are here to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Dalry, reducing loneliness and social isolation by building meaningful connections and experiences.

As planned the Irvine Sharks have established in their first year a senior men’s basketball team made up of members all approaching 40 or over. Many who had been inactive over the past years. This has led to a dramatic boost in members physical and mental health. The men’s team completed the season winning the Strathclyde Basketball League Division 3 18-0 and have received promotion to Division 2.

Cunninghame Choir is presenting "Sunshine on Beith", a concert to be held in May 2025.

We are a group of 13 individuals aged 50+ who meet on a weekly basis in Kilwinning library with an aim to complete the discovery award programme through taking part in personal and group challenges.

We would like to have an afternoon tea for our members. All funds raised would go towards this. An award of £750 would be greatly appreciated.

We are a third sector Early Years Centre based in West Kilbride with access to a large garden and forest area. Our aim is to get our children outside as much as possible in the nursery day. This has proved to greatly enhance their mental and physical wellbeing but it can mean that we are out in all weathers given the Scottish climate. We are looking to try to make our children and staff as comfortable as possible whilst outside so that passing showers or the colder weather is easier to brave.

We cater for over 50 community members (45 active members) providing social interaction through Bingo, Quizzes, Lunches, Dances, Christmas Dinners and Trips.
