Irvine Clean Up Crew are an established environmentally focussed community group. We want to raise our engagement with schools and community groups to help with our group’s goal of a litter free Irvine.

Barrfield Community Garden is a new space in Largs dedicated to growing local food and fostering community engagement. Surplus food is donated to Largs Food Bank.

The Kilmory Primary Parent Council are seeking funding to enable their P5 - P7 cohort of children to have swimming lessons for a term of their academic year.

Hall hire for a banded table tennis tournament in Largs, as well as equipment upgrade for our club to help increase the skills and confidence of our members. We want to see young and old enjoying table tennis together, each with the ability to challenge and excite the other.

We are a toddler group for families with children under three years. We provide parent and child sessions to promote friendships and a sharing of experiences among adults, and activities to promote the wellbeing of babies and children. The group members have the opportunity to engage in activities that might not be available to them. The group is open three mornings per week, we use a large hall for active play and snack, small hall for activities and an early years room for baby activities .

Shutter Bugs are a group of enthusiastic photographers, based in the Three Towns. Coming together to share knowledge and experience of photography and the art of taking pictures. Open to people of all abilities. Phone users to digital camera users all are welcome

The She Shed is a safe, friendly place to make friends, share and learn new activities , or just come by for a chat and a cuppa! We are here to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Dalry, reducing loneliness and social isolation by building meaningful connections and experiences.

'The Space' is a community hub offering advice services, access to a credit union and a space for community groups to meet. The grant will allow us to launch Largs Community Development Trust (Largs CDT) and open 'The Space' community hub.

We have looked at ways to increase relaxation spaces across our school community and are looking to add more Rainbow bench table & chairs to our infant area. This has been a successful community shared space area for the senior end. We  would like to mirror this for the infant pupils so they can also have this opportunity for an outdoor community space to promote their relaxation & wellness. We would also be looking to add some umbrellas to the tables for both the senior & infant areas.

We are a new community project formed to help support members of our community by creating opportunities for both adults and children to experience a holistic approach to wellness and mental health support. Both our directors live in the town of Kilwinning and are aware of some of the challenges and barriers individuals can face when it comes to accessing services. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for anyone attending our sessions, and be accessible to all!
