LMC offers an informal setting for amateur musicians to meet on a regular basis and encourage one another to improve their skill level on their preferred musical instrument.

Irvine and District Pipe Band are looking for funding to continue our great program of free tuition to anyone who wants to learn either the bagpipes or drums associated with Scottish music.

We would like to provide a serviced toilet facility at Dalry Community Garden

We are currently setting up a community shed where people can meet for a chat, work on creative projects, and learn new skills

We cater for over 50 community members (45 active members) providing social interaction through Bingo, Quizzes, Lunches, Dances, Christmas Dinners and Trips.

Arran Dogs (SC053020) is a newly formed Scottish Registered Charity (registered in Dec 2023) with the aim of promoting responsible dog ownership, training and education. We have just opened Arran's only secure dog field which is free to use, and bookable online for hourly use. Our aim is to make it more inclusive by adding accessible paths which will facilitate movement around the field for those with impaired mobility.

Art in Mind is a twice weekly Art Group, for residents of Arran living with Mental Ill Health. It was started in 2004, by Arran Visual Arts, in Collaboration with Community Mental Health, NAC Social Work Department and Arran Community Voluntary Services. In 2023, the second group started in response to demand, funded by Arran Community Council's Scottish Power Renewables ’Beinn an Tuirc Windfarm Fund. A part time Coordinator and four new Art Tutors, were recruited to run both groups.

Food & Heat is going to be the topic of our winter campaign for the community. We run the community cafe in the centre which is open 5 days a week 7.30am until 4.30pm. The centre would like to supply hot soup with a roll, or a hot meal & a hot drink 3 times a week to take a wee bit of pressure off in the winter.
