    I don't know who to speak to. I don't know where I would even find phone numbers or anything.

          I am not aware of services that are available locally. Older people have a mind-set of just getting on with your problems. There is now more awareness, but as older people, we don't seek support, we just get on with it. It's a different outlook on things now.
