      There are 3rd sector organisations out there but are not well known. Do GP's know about the services available? This has to be addressed.

        Glasgow have free mental health drop-ins where people can go for support SAMH charity. Model should be replicated in North Ayrshire.

          Huge waiting list (approx 10 months) for counselling services.

            We need counselling for people in this local area. On line courses are not good. MH team don't have counselling services. It is a huge problem.

                Active Schools offer young people provision within schools, working closely with KA leisure to assist young people in getting access to fitness etc.
