My situation has changed and I want to use the library more. There’s no consistency in the proposed schedule to allow people to get into a routine. No access when I’m working.
It would mean due to my work schedule id only be able to access the library for 3.5 hours every other week, and id never know if it was the week where its open or shut very confusing

More limited visits to Library, less time to browse & borrow and would result in books being returned late.
