Ardrossan Winton Rovers Youth Academy 2010 team are particpating in a football tournament located in Holland during Easter 2024. This is an amazing opportunity for our team to create memories with their friends and families whilst enjoying the sport they love. The boys are looking forward to playing against other teams from around the world and to learn new skills.
Description
The cost of the trip is £449.00 per person which includes Transport, Accommodation on half board basis. We have 16 boys and 4 coaches signed up along with an additional 19 family members who are making the trip to support the boys. The total cost of the trip for the team is £8980.00 plus £8531.00 for the additional family members. It is our intention to fundraise to reduce the total cost for families to make this affordable and inclusive to all. The current cost of living crisis makes it increasingly difficult for community groups to raise funds to create these opportunities.

https://easteropen.com/en/Location: Ardrossan Winton Rovers 2010's were established in July 2019 and we currently have 16 boys and 4 volunteer coaches. The team trains twice weekly within the three towns and play weekly competitive football games within the North Ayrshire Soccer Association league on a Sunday Morning. Our boys are dedicated and committed to the sport they love and have formed lasting friendships with their team mates. The boys represent Ardrossan Winton Rovers with pride and are proactive in supporting other charity causes including a recent Cancer charity match they were invited to play in. Playing football contributes in many different ways to a child's positive well being including the health benefits of being physically active, the achievement they make in gaining skills and the social inclusion of being part of a team/local community group. The boys are influential in the decision making of what tournaments they wish to experience and the Holland tournament was a popular choice. The tournament will not only offer a memorable experience for all, but will contribute towards team building , creating stronger bonds and a mutual respect for each other as they share common goals and achievements.
