Giving somethinh back to our community is one of the most worthwhile things a person can do. NATC is one of the easiest ways to do that. All you need to do is pedal! The absolute joy this gives someone who is visually impaired is something that just can't be put into words and they pedal just as hard if not harder. The link between physical and mental health is long standing and to share that with someone who ordinarily wouldn't have the option to cycle around our streets and countryside is magical along with establishing that relationship of trust and confidence is a two way street. NATC needs more funding to survive and get more people sighted and non sighted out in the fresh air and getting fitter. It's a very simple concept. Ride bike, chat about what's around you, enjoy what's around you and do it every chance you get. The committee and members will do everything they can for NATC to flourish

I met this club at the beach hub in Stevenston while out a cycle. Lovely bunch of people and what a great thing they are doing. The main guy was happy to chat away and tell me all about the club. Good luck folks.

I started this club to get the Vision Impaired people, like myself, of North Ayrshire, out on a Tandem and enjoy the freedom and fresh air, with the help and dedication of a sighted Pilot in control. We now have the pleasure of having 8 vision Impaired members and 11 sighted members on board, butwe badly need funding to keep this project alive. Our aims are to keep going and help even more Vision Impaired people to come and try a Tandem. This funding would help us achieve this.

Absolutely worthy of this funding. This club allows the vision impaired to get out and enjoy cycling plus meet new people. Also allows the pilots to he involved in changing a vision impaired person's life and get them out and about. Good luck NATC , a very worthy cause.

A fantastic organisation. Helping visually impaired people get out stay fit and enjoy the fresh air with people in the same situation as themselves making new friends where before they may have felt isolated. The benefits to all involved from a mental health perspective just cannot be measured. For the club to flourish funding is necessary. It's so important for people in the visually compared community. If ever there's a club that deserves funding. It's North Ayrshire Tandem Cycling

Very worthy cause , definetly worthy of some decent investment to upgrade and maintain what is already in use .
