The Autumn Club meets fortnightly in Ardrossan Parish Church from Sept-June and provides those in the 'Autumn Years' of their lives with the opportunity to get together for companionship and entertainment. We provide a speaker or entertainment at most of our meetings, and also arrange a Christmas Lunch, a Tea Party following our AGM, and a half-day outing to a suitable venue. We regularly get 40+ attendees at each meeting and had 50+ attendees at each of last year's Xmas Party & Outing.
This application is to cover the cost of coach hire for the Xmas Lunch, which is estimated at £300, catering for our AGM, which is estimated at £300, and coach hire for an outing which is estimated at £400. This would allow us to cover the cost of up to 50 people at each event.
