Each year we organise a Christmas Lunch for the senior citizens of both the the villages of Kilmory and Kildonan. This event is very much looked forward to and for many people living on their own maybe the only Christmas lunch they have.
Description
Between 95 and 100 senior citizens attend the Kilmory and Kildonan Annual senior citizens Christmas Lunch.
Often held at Lagg Distillery due to the high number of attendees, a full three course lunch is provided of a starter, turkey with all the trimmings, pudding and tea and coffee and a mince pie.
Entertainment is provide and Santa brings a present for each person.
Transportation is available for anyone needing it.
Last year (2025) we were charged £24.00 per person for the meal =£2156.00
Plus a present for all in attendance @£1.24 each.
