Summary
We will provide two family wellbeing day at our centre in Ballot Road in Irvine. These will provide help, support and advice for young people and their families and guardians in both wellbeing, mental health and resilience. The workshops will include Yoga, Therapets, Journaling and Parents help sessions.
Description
The workshops shall run from 10am until 2pm on a Saturday, we have already had major interest fo these type of workshops and have run them very succesfully in the past. Due to budget constrains we have been unable to run them for the past 2 years.
The costings for these event will be:
Yoga - £100 * 2
Therapet - £250 *2
Parents sessions - £50 * 2
Snacks and juice £75 * 2
Total £950
We have already have families that are looking for these types of sessions and we get a lot of enquiries from agencies that refer to Megan's Space to see if we can provide these sessions. We also run a youth group and a number of those attedning will also attend with their families.
We expect the sessions to be around 60 people in attendance for each one.
