We would like to organise a day trip by coach to Glasgow Science Centre, giving our group the opportunity to enjoy a fun, educational, and memorable day out together. During the visit, participants will experience the Planetarium and take part in a range of interactive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) activities.
The trip will provide an opportunity for members to learn new things, explore exciting exhibits, and engage in hands-on activities in a supportive group setting. As many of our members experience social isolation and loneliness, the outing will also help to strengthen friendships, build confidence, and encourage social connections.
Most importantly, the visit will offer everyone the chance to get out and about, enjoy a change of scenery, and spend quality time together while having fun and creating positive shared memories.
The trip will take place in February 2027.
