We are applying for a shortfall in planning fees for an application to provide much needed access to the sports pavilion in the glen. We currently have a donation of £1000 from an individual which is more than 50% of the total cost

Project Description

The location is marked in blue on the attached location plan

we have a lease on the land and have consulted NAC with our plans. The access is needed to ensure emergency vehicles and disabled users can access the pavilion. We have a quote for the road but we have been advised to obtain planning permission before we apply for funding to construct the road. We have been advised that planning permission will be a formality however is also necessary 

North Ayrshire council planning fee and newspaper advertising costs  £600 pus newspaper advertising cost  of £300

McMillan and  Cronin Architects fees  £1000
