Community Hub of Hope is an ongoing community project that brings people together to reduce isolation, support wellbeing, and build connections. We provide a safe, welcoming space where people of all ages can join in creative and social activities, enjoy refreshments, and feel part of a supportive community.

We are community centre in Ardrossan and from January we are working with Ardeer to open their cafe. At Whitlees we run a free breakfast club between 8 and 9 am, which is very popular. We would love to try this as a pilot scheme at Ardeer as part of the cafe project to see if it works as Ardeer sits between 2 primary schools. Whitlees have £4060 funding from Bright Start for our own club so hopefully next year they would also fund this project after a pilot.

We aim to hold events for the children within the community of Dreghorn and surrounding areas, arranging a free to attend gala day and fun day. This will be free to attend ensuring it is accessible to all children, despite potential barriers such as cost of living.

Members of Largs Food Hub have the opportunity to 'purchase' vouchers for a hot breakfast roll or hot lunch and a hot drink, using the weekly points allocated to them for use at the Food Hub

Creative Connections is a group of people who attend Day Opportunities who have decided that they would like to create a small social enterprise. The group would like to be given the opportunity to create art and craft products, and see their creations come to life. The group will be run by and for people who have learning disabilities, physical impairments, mental wellbeing, and people who have neurodiversity. Creative Connections will give people the chance to experience work opportunities.
