We are a small nursery in Dalry, with a parent run committee. We are applying for funding to purchase outdoor resources i.e. clothing and equipment. The appropriate outdoor clothing will ensure children have equal access regardless of familys financial situation, promotes inclusion, encourages outdoor play in all weathers and enhances learning opportunities. Outdoor learning is such a fantastic way for children to learn as it boots confidence and supports mental and physical wellbeing.

Since covid this has become even more important as many people have become more isolated and have a fear of going out. We meet weekly in Bridgend Community centre and aim to provide excursions twice a year.
