Kids Breakfast Club - Whitlees and Ardeer Partnership
Project code: 941
Estimated Price
£1,991
Project Summary
We are community centre in Ardrossan and from January we are working with Ardeer to open their cafe. At Whitlees we run a free breakfast club between 8 and 9 am, which is very popular. We would love to try this as a pilot scheme at Ardeer as part of the cafe project to see if it works as Ardeer sits between 2 primary schools. Whitlees have £4060 funding from Bright Start for our own club so hopefully next year they would also fund this project after a pilot.Project Description
We would make this a mirror image of how it works at Whitlees . Kids would come in the morning each day and have a choice of ceral or toast free and maybe the next day toast and pancakes for free along with fruit, yoghurt and juice. We also do rolls for £1 so if kids still want to buy a roll that's great but if not there's plenty there for breakfast.
